Project objective

Provide qualification training and testing of knowledge from operators of the oil depot Tatneft AZS Center through the development of a computer simulator program.

Task

Develop the program with models of productions as close as possible.

Description

The program includes realistic models of start-up operation, planned or emergency shutdown processes, as well as management tools (dynamic images, functional keyboards).  The program was developed in accordance with technological regulations and other technological standards, including an emergency response plan and plans for the prevention and elimination of oil and petroleum product spills.
